Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost and any applicable sales tax, minus a 10% restocking fee.   You may not return any lubricant, essential oil, or topical analgesic unless it has not been opened; if the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns (unless the product is defective).

We will not refund the initial cost of shipping the item to you. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to have the product delivered in new, undamaged condition to us; we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS or Fed Ex and that you take out insurance/delivery confirmation for your return shipment.  We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipment, so make sure you pack well and choose your method of shipment wisely! Try to use the original packaging if possible.  You must contact us ahead of time at sales@massagemarket.com to alert us to your return. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will issue a refund check for the amount due (the original product cost and applicable sales tax, minus a 10% restocking fee), which will be mailed to you upon receipt of the return in new condition. 



Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.   We generally use UPS, but sometimes we will send your free/low cost shipping items via the US Postal System.  If we can lower your shipping costs by using the USPS (most especially for orders of single, light-weight items like a DVD or face crescent cover), we will and we will send you the savings via check.

We are based in Sarasota, Florida.  The shipping estimates are based with that plugged into the software as most of our items are sent directly from our storefront here.  However, we do have a few items that we may have drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We will alert you as to our best estimate of an arrival time, whether the item is being shipped from Sarasota or the manufacturer.  Please understand that packages traveling longer distances will have longer shipping times than areas that are closer to the point of origination!


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

UPS allows us to send out our packages Monday through Friday.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered a shipping day by UPS (unless you choose Saturday Delivery, which is more costly).  They often do not pick up the day before or after a holiday, so plan that in.  For example, UPS does not pick up for us the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, etc.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA  We wish it were more simple and economical to ship to our great customers in HI and AK!  Because the software does not allow us to compute it correctly, we may have to call you to rework the shipping arrangements for your order. A lot of times, we can get it to you better and more cheaply by using a flat rate box from the USPS. We are sorry that we can only offer the free shipping to you on things like the Thumbsavers where we can send it via the mail versus air shipment via UPS.
