Massage Market Policies
|
It is as simple as can be:
Be totally satisfied with the product you order, or return it within thirty (30) days and we’ll refund your payment or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Please refer to our “Returns Policy” below to find out exactly how to go about returning something.
Please know that we have carefully evaluated each and every item we sell before we have offered it to our customers. If we’re not satisfied with the quality of a product ourselves, we simply don’t stock it or offer it for sale.
Yet, we understand that sometimes you might order a product and be disappointed with it when it arrives. We WANT satisfied customers, and will do our best to accommodate you.
Please understand that on massage tables and chairs, we need to charge a 10% restocking fee on returns. We are experienced bodyworkers ourselves, and will do our best to advise you on which table or chair is best FOR YOU, so we ask that you carefully consider BEFORE you order, so that you won’t have to return. Of course, on those rare occasions when a table or chair arrives damaged, we’ll replace it ASAP, no questions asked. But if you’re returning it because you don’t like it once it arrives, then you are responsible for paying the return freight charge.

| All items ordered will either be shipped from our in-stock inventory, or will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Although we have a fairly large inventory, we know from experience that we can have ten colors in stock and the customer will want an eleventh one.
On in-stock shipments, we’ll do our very best to get it out the door to you the same day that you order it (except Saturdays).
If an item has to be back-ordered and is part of a larger order, we’ll pay the shipping on the back order when we send it to you.
On factory-direct shipments, it USUALLY takes about 6 to 10 business days, depending on your physical location within the continental U.S.; however, on special orders and at certain times of the year, it can take as long as 4 to six WEEKS. Please understand that this is not within our control. We’ll do our best to “light a fire” under the manufacturer, but sometimes they are either overloaded with orders and backed up, or they simply need a long time to construct the item you want “from scratch”. What we WILL do to assist our customers is IMMEDIATELY ASCERTAIN a proposed shipping date from the manufacturer, and inform you of that date. |

As stated above, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with whatever they get from us. If you DO need to return something, please do the following:
- Call us at our toll free number, 1-800-810-8324, or e-mail us at sales@massagemarket.com We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
- Return with original bill or invoice, and be sure to have your name and address AND PHONE NUMBER within the package. BE SURE TO SHOW THE RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
- Pack the item in a strong container, the original one if possible, and return via UPS or insured U. S. Postal Service. If item returned is a damaged item or a mis-shipment, we will refund the actual cost on the shipping label. On any other returns, the shipping is paid by the shipper.

credit or replacement.
Note: There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns and cancelled orders
. This is simply to cover the cost of processing your credit card, which allows us to accept your returns and/or cancellations without any cost to us. We thank you for your understanding in this regards.

| Please understand that there are no returns on custom orders as a rule, and that custom orders may cost more than the standard item.

Unless we offer an item with “FREE SHIPPING”, your order will be sent in one of the following three ways, your choice:
- ECONOMY GROUND SERVICE
This is the cheapest way to ship your order. We’ll use either UPS or FedEx Ground. As stated above, this will take 2 to 6 business days, depending on your physical location within the continental U. S. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or international will cost more. Call us for rate quote).
FASTER SERVICE
At your request, we can ship either 2nd day or 3rd day delivery. Usually that is what it will take, but is NOT guaranteed; e.g., there may not be a Saturday delivery in your area, or a holiday might intercede, etc.

NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, AND 3 DAY SELECT ARE ALL AIR SHIPMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL AIR SHIPMENTS ARE CALCULATED BY DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT AND NOT BY ACTUAL WEIGHT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALCULATE THIS IN ADVANCE. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING AIR SHIPMENT, THE PRICE QUOTED WILL BE FOR ONE CUBIC FOOT ONLY! (12" x 12" x 12").
THE FORMULA USED BY UPS IS LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT, DIVIDED BY 194 (L x W x H divided by 194).
THUS, THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST MAY BE MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE QUOTED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, IF YOU ARE REQUESTING AIR SHIPMENT.
IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, TO VERIFY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE US CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT.

- NEXT DAY AIR
This, as your know, is the FASTEST, but also the COSTLIEST way of getting your order to you. We’ll use either UPS or FedEx.
OVERSIZED AND EXTRA-HEAVY ITEMS
There are certain items that are too large and/or too heavy for UPS to accept, such as large pieces of equipment. On large and/or heavy equipment, such as Earthlite’s Claremont table, shipping will be by truck line. Call us at our toll free number, 1-800-810-8324 or e-mail us at: sales@massagemarket.com for an exact freight cost.
Freight on massage tables and chairs generally costs around $25 to $42 dollars within the continental U.S.

We will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, or mail us a money order, cashier’s check or personal check payable in U. S. funds. Personal checks must clear before shipment is made. NO COD’S SENT.
